- Description
The Clay Table is a sculptural coffee table collection inspired by the tactile process of shaping clay by hand. Originally developed in ceramic, the design emerged through a dialogue between material and maker, where each form was refined through touch rather than precise geometry.
Defined by soft contours and rounded edges, the collection carries the gentle irregularities and character of handcrafted work. The balanced composition creates a sense of calm, while the sculpted surfaces reveal the traces of a process guided by intuition and craftsmanship.
To enhance durability and versatility, the Clay Table is produced in resin. The material faithfully preserves the softness and tactile quality of the original clay models while providing the strength required for everyday use. The High Gloss Almond finish brings a warm, inviting brown tone with a gentle richness, settling between light brown and tan. Its polished surface adds a subtle sense of depth to the rounded form, balancing the natural warmth of the colour with a refined expression.
With its monolithic presence and understated expression, the Clay Coffee Table, Tall functions as both a practical surface and a sculptural object. Its taller, more compact silhouette works naturally beside sofas, lounge chairs, or as a standalone accent table, providing a considered surface for books, objects, and everyday essentials. Rooted in craftsmanship and shaped by the natural qualities of clay, it brings warmth, balance, and quiet character to contemporary interiors.
