Please indicate cancelation or returns via the order on your account page.
No goods may be returned by the Buyer except with the prior consent in writing given by the Company. The signature of a delivery note does not constitute consent.

Please do so without any unnecessary delay and latest 14 days after you have received your order, in accordance with EU Law.
To help us process your return efficiently, please:
- Write your order number on the outside of the package.
- Cross out any old shipping labels. Please do not cover them, as they may still need to be scanned by the carrier.
Kindly note that you are responsible for the delivery expenses related to the return.
We only accept returned products in their undamaged and original packaging.
We will issue a full refund when we have received the returned, undamaged products. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
