- Material
The Oka tray is inspired by traditional Japanese serving trays, often produced in wood or bamboo. Transforming this well-known form into a new material, in this case marble developed in close collaboration with Indian suppliers to find the perfect, homogeneous stone, a certain heaviness and a refined texture of the surface is added, without compromising on the recognizable shape. With its sculptural and architectural shape, it can be used for various decoration purposes or stand alone as a piece of art in its own right. As it is a natural product, the colours may vary a little. Not 100% waterproof.

Marble
Handpicked among many stones, the marble collections of 101 Copenhagen are characterized by faded earth tones and monochrome patterns. Inspired by Wabi-Sabi, the stones are untreated and patinated beautifully over time. Working closely with highly skilled stone artisans, the finish of the white Indian marble is characterized by a clean, crisp and yet textured surface, creating a stone with a somewhat perfect balance between mat and shiny. Carved from the Apuan mountains in Italy, the Calcutta Violet marble is rich on natural patterns of monochrome colour schemes with a hint of violet.
