Inspired by the graceful movement of the stingray, the Stingray Light Series is a harmonious fusion of soft curves and striking lines. The floating elegance of the Stingray lampshade takes centre stage, its sculptural form creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. As the perspective shifts, the lampshade subtly conceals and reveals the light source, offering a mesmerizing and ever-changing illumination experience. This exquisite design is showcased in a breathtaking chandelier, as well as a sophisticated table and floor lamp. The latter is distinguished by its three-legged structure, anchored to a half-circular base that brings rhythmic balance and effortless simplicity to the composition. Suspended from an adjustable arm, the Stingray lampshade hovers in perfect equilibrium, counterpoised by a delicate sphere an artistic expression of contrast and weightlessness.

Metal
Inspired by architecture, the metal finishes of 101 Copenhagen are characterized by treated and rich surfaces, emphasizing the unique potential and qualities of each metal. The finishes of brass, bronze and burned black are all plated one or two times to create a layered metal finish with a subtle warmth. Subsequent to the plating, all metal colours are hand brushed to achieve a beautiful patinated look. Finally, the colour is spray painted with a mat transparent paint, adding a silky mat finish to the metal.
The products of cast aluminium have small marks and variations from the casting process, therefore small holes and unevenness might occur. Products made of cast aluminium is not recommended for outdoor use. Standing outside will cause the product to rust. Resembling architectural concrete facades, the Oxidized aluminium colour is made from a special acid treatment. The metal is dipped in acid for a very short time, creating a raw mat grey surface and leaving large sporadic marks.
Maintenance:
For daily cleaning it is recommended to use a microfiber cloth to remove dust or dirt from the surface. Please do not use cleaning agents that contain acid.
